[0.13.13] Fast-replacing doubles circuit signal

There are 100 copper plates in that lower-right chest, the logic combinator shows an input count of 100. Fast-replacing the highlighted inserter causes the signal to double, the combinator then shows 200. Fast-replace again to double again, and so on.
