lagging in freeplay after update to 0.13.13 on Linux

Hi.
I have a freeplay game that I started in December 2014. I have been playing it through different version of Factorio both before and after publishing on Steam. The explored and built over map is huge. After update to 0.13.13 I am experiencing some lagging in the map. This is on Linux. Maybe you could use the attached save game to profile and speedup your code.

Please post:
- hardware specs
- log-file
- screenshot with time_used_percent and show_fps enabled in the debug menu (F4 > F5)

I looked at your save and there's nothing particularly slow about it. You'e simply built enough that the computer can't keep up with the simulation.
On my computer it still runs at 60/60 with about 9 MS/tick used out of the max 16 MS/tick before it starts slowing.
There's no bug, you're simply at the limits for what the game simulation can handle.

Strangely, the lagging stopped after I exited the game and later started it again.
This is Phenom II X4 with Radeon 5460 using open source drivers.

It's the CPU, on my Phenom II X4 955 (3.2 GHz) I also only get ~46 FPS/UPS and a game update time of 20ms with your save.
