As --apply-update from 0.13.12 does not work due to that bug, the only way to upgrade is to download the complete release and overwrite the folder, right?

Found another way, just copied the 0.13.13 binary into the 0.13.12 factorio and ran the --apply-update, worked without a problem

Please re-enable the V-Sync
Even at 60/60 FPS the game plays like it is running at <20 FPS
(ASUS Radeon R9 390 8gb Version 16.6.2)
Also Trains are broken again, just like in 0.13.10

I can confirm this with the exact same graphics card/version.

Confirm that too - though on a 7570
I see the FPS counter stuck at a solid 60FPS - but the game FEELS jittery.

Hi there,
I've got the same issue when upgrading from 13.12 to 13.13.
CPU is i7-6700, vcard NVIDIA GTX960 4GB, ram 16GB DDR4, SSD drive.
Thank you very much!!
