[0.13.12] Game crashes

My game keeps on crashing about 1 min after i load the game.
Reproduction:
1) load attached save (probably with the attached mods) as a multiplayer lan game with lowest latency (I think it also crashes in single player load, but i played the whole game as mutiplayer lan so far)
2) Wait about 45 seconds.
3) See crash.
I start Factorio with the latest experimantal version via Steam. At the moment that is 0.13.12 (build23709, win64, steam)
edit: I get this every time i load that (save) game. I also tried it with single player, that the game also crashes then. And i just restarted my PC. The game still crashes shortly after loading.
