[0.9.4] Buildings 'producing' energy... or not

I'm not quite sure what is going on but my oil ref and my AM3 producing energy. It's 0.0 W though. So i guess it's just an aesthetic bug.

Could be a rounding error, there is a tiny threshold now which fixes the bug for 0.9.5.
