[0.13.9] Train path finding ignore Red Train signal

When using Train signal connected to logistic network (red/green wire), if the train signal is red because of the logistics datas the train path finding ignore the stop, and the train will stop instead of use other another path:
On this example, there are 4 possibles train stop (with the same name) the train should use another train stop (using one of the "correct path") instead of waiting behind the red train signal.
If the red signal is caused by another train, the path finding is ok and the train choose another train stop, the bug is only for red signal caused by logistic conditions.
