I'm playing a heavy modded game with a friend and we started getting a desync loop. I've attached my log.

It is very easy to write a mod in a way that is not multiplayer compatible, so it is most likely mod related. You could try and remove mods until the issue is gone and find out that way what mod/if a mod is responsible. Despite that there is nothing you can do really.
If you find a way to reproduce a desync (like, every time I do X) the devs could look into it further.
