[0.13.9] Blueprint label is not cleared

Steps to reproduce:
1. Craft a blueprint item.
2. Create a blueprint of some buildings.
3. Right-click it and give it a label.
4. Clear it.
5. Create a new blueprint of some buildings using the same blueprint item.
Expected result: The new blueprint has no label.
Actual result: The new blueprint has the old label.
