We just don't know how to fix it , We have tried hamachi / Having someone host a server. But still have the desync issue. Would buying a server from a site like pinghost/creeperhost fix it?
We also tried removing the temp folder and cache file but didn't work for us! :(

I uploaded our save / the mods / logs / desync reports for you. I appreciate the help!

No, desyncs are independent of the network connection used and having a server who hosts the game won't change that.

Make sure you are running the latest version (currently 0.13.9).

Are you using any mods?
If you do: At least one of the mods is probably not written correctly for multiplayer and causes these desyncs. You can try disabling some/all of them and see if that fixes the problem. You can also post your mod list, maybe we can tell you which mod(s) it might be.
If not: After a desync happens and the map is completely redownloaded Factorio creates a desync report (desync-report-2016-07-xx-xx-xx-xx.zip) in %appdata%\Factorio\archive. Upload the most recent one.

"Make sure you are running the latest version (currently 0.13.9)."

- We ran into the problem before 0.13.9 was out

- we do also have A LOT of mods.. But overkill is the best way to go.

Hopefully someone is able to help us with this as we have so much fun playing and would love to keep our save going!
