I happened to delete a train wait condition in the moment when the game is unresponsive preceding an autosave, and then after the autosave finished (which appears to be uncorrupted) the game froze and after a while it crashed.

I did not attempt to reproduce it because it would be very fiddly for me to try to time it perfectly again, and I'm about out of time today.

I can't reproduce the crash even when saving the game every tick. I found a few other issues related to the latency state and editing train schedules so it might be related to that?

If you experience the issue again in 0.13.9 please make a new bug report.
