I'm having difficulty connecting the game to my account. The Steam Linking on my account says I'm linked to my Steam account, but the game isn't in my library. I've sent messages to the support email for more than a week and made a post on the tech forums on Steam and nothing. Can someone please help me?

When you say you have sent an email to the support, did you contact Steam support, of Factorio support ?
