Hello, I think I found a bug that replicate items.
How to reproduce :
-Build any tier of assembler, put a bulk of ingredients inside and produce something, let's say efficiency modules
-Upgrade the assembler by placing any other tier on the same place.
-That makes you earn +5 free electronics circuts and +5 advanced circuits in your inventory, while nothing else change (the produced item is not interrupted)

This was already fixed - you just need to update to the latest version of the game.
