[0.13.6] Construction Robots Not Repairing Distant Damage

Construction robots won't repair things outside of their local roboport green zone, despite them being in the network, and having repair packs available. I don't know if it was like this before 0.13, but it's annoying after a massive construction job, where all of the bots in all roboports (connected to network) will end up in one or two roboports near the construction zone, and none will go back to their original roboport (and thus won't repair anything over there). Forces to manually replace bots after construction, or separate the roboport networks (which would break logistic bullet delivery)
Can recreate by having construction robots in remote roboport, but still connected to network, when something has been damaged near another roboport.
EDIT: It may be caused by something else.. I couldn't recreate it after taking off my personal roboport, and trying to damage things myself. It may be caused by player not being in the area when something is damaged, or only caused by damage from biters, or something about the personal roboport? I didn't change anything else about the other roboports, and that seems to have fixed it? I'll put my personal roboport back on and see if another biter attack happens, if that triggers the bug again. Otherwise.. probably just a random glitch on my end.
