EDIT: By the way, I restart game 3 times and still happening.

OS: Windows 10
RAM: 16 GB
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon 9 390
Resolution: Default

Please try all of those: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=9300 that fit.
If that does not do it, then please upload your log-file.

Ok, forcing d3d seems to work fine for me. (Steam version)
