[13.6' Mod Portal Install vs Upgrade

I had a mod installed through the Portal that was at version X.8 for a few days ago, I went and hit install again by mistake (but the mod had been updated to X.10) Instead of the portal updating the existing mod, it installed a second copy. I had one at x.8 and another x.11. When the game restarted it crashed out with an error and I had to manually go to the Mod directory and delete the old x.8 version mod. After that the game restarted without further issues. I do not know if this was an issue on prior version.
