[0.13.5] "Notice - No Entity Prototypes" (crash)

"Notice - No entity prototypes are available for this building." I have had this bug multiple times. I am currently stuck in a factory about 1 hour in. This started happening a couple of days ago in 13.4x. And is continuing through up to the current 13.5. At first I could not put my finger on what why it was happening it just seemed random. Then I realized that it seems to be directly after beginning research. So far I have researched Automation, Automation 2, Electronics, Logistics, Optics, Turrets, Stone Walls, Steel processing, Military 1 & 2, and Armor crafting without issue. Up to this point the bug occurs with Advanced material processing, Electric energy distribution 1, Lab speed 1, and Oil processing. I have not attempted others at the time of writing this. I seem to get 15-20 seconds into the research when it happens. After I close the "Notice" window the game sends me back to the Mail menu. I turned off all Mods to see if that would clear it up and, alas, the error still occurs.

Edit:
Started a new game and got up to the problem area again. No issues so far and have researched one of the problem techs. idk what is up with the other factory. But I can't reproduce the problem.

Thats an issue with RSO in 2.0.4. Please update the mod to latest revision and it should be fixed.
