Assigning one of your toolbelt slots to any power armor (to keep a reserved slot in your inventory) does not function as one would expect - if I equip the armor and shift click it, or pick it up and pressing q to clear my hand - it returns to the inventory, not to the toolbar.

Steps to reproduce:

• Assign toolbar slot to power armor
• Equip power armor
• Pick up power armor in mouse
• Press key to clear hand and the armor does not return to the toolbelt

Fixed for 0.13.7.
