[0.13.4] [Pending] Desync loop when joining public server

Hi!

Not sure how useful this is, I imagine it will be fixed by server restart but in case it helps here it is:

Joining a public server that I'd played on the night before (SUG Vanilla Australia) results in about a second of gameplay, followed by a desynch, then automatic rejoin and repeat for maybe forever.

At least 6 times this happened, before I closed the game client and re-attempted to join with same result. Server had no other clients at time of attempt (But has proven stable with at least 4 players previously in this version).

On WIN10 pc, Skylake processor AMD 390x GPU, about 30ms ping to server.

Is there anything I can do to reproduce the desync?

When I load the save up on our server and connect to it I don't experience any issues.
