did I misunderstand something? is 13 out or still in testing phase. My client wont update. I'm using a steam version. Can someone enlighten me please?

Steam don´t usually like to update to experimental. I don´t have the steam verson but my friends have it. You can try going to the factorio website, log in, and then download it from there.

You have to opt in to the experimental branch of Factorio on Steam. Right click on the game in your library and choose "properties" then the "betas" tab and choose the experimental version from the drop down there and it will install the new version.

hey thank you. i figured it out. staring a new game. I cant get any commands to work. is there new language foe .13 ?

What commands do you have problems with?
Replace local_player with player and see if that helps.
