Hi,

in the base Campaign on level 3 one cant research the engine Technology, unfortunately that is needed of course to reenable the train network.

Thank you for the report.
I finished the 1st Mission and Tomas 3rd and 4rd, so the 2nd isn't smooth ..

For now (until 0.9.4), you can fix by running this command in console.

game.player.force.technologies["engine"].enabled = true
