"Solaris" and "Smoke me a kipper" achievements are bugged

Finished the game, smoke me a kipper achievement popped but nothing on steam. Restarted game, and now it shows up as me never getting it.
Solaris doesn't work or I don't understand it. 10k solar panels, steam engines all taken down. Been running off 100% solar panel for hours. According to reddit you should only need 47 solar panels.

Anything about solaris? is it bugged or am I just doing something wrong?

Not sure on Solaris haven't tried for that achievement yet but if it's similar to the other "production/hour" ones you need to maintain the amount needed for 1 hour. Aside from that i've not seen it come up as bugged yet from anyone else.

Same (ballpark).
Do we need to completely disconnect all steam power for this to work?
Have been running over 1 hour with 0 steam contribution (confirmed by electricity stats), but no achievement

Also cannot get solaris to work.
Removed all steam engines and sitting on 171k solar panels. Generating in excess of 10GW.
constant draw of 3.4GW
I am a little confused about this achievement but did not mind building the solar panels as i needed the circuits in anyway.
