0.13.3 Random desync multiple times(fixed in another post)

My multiplayer server desynced out my friend multiple times. it was only me and him on the server at the time. 
edit: possibly related to flamethrower turret. He desyncs about 5 seconds after i lure a bunch of biters into a turret.
edit 2: could be one of the fixed bugs about holding an offshore pump as we fixed a bunch of oil stuff, including getting water into a chemical plant.
