[0.13.1] Oil Yield

Hello,
I have noticed that the yield for oil has dropped significantly in 0.13.X. For example, in my run in 0.12, I was having 500+% in yield when with the Very Rich option while in my current run in 0.13, I get like 50-80%, which seems like a signfinicant drop.

[Koub] I'll move this to Balancing for now. Devs are aware there might be something to tweak with map gen.

5% yield on depleted oil fields (instead of 10% in 0.12) is also the result of rebalancing?

yield halved
on depleted patch i get 5%

There was something about halved depletion speed in changelog. Perhaps they balanced it this way.

It's a side effect of increased minimum and normal values for oil wells.
So new wells have more oil as a result but old one wasn't migrated apparently so it has old minimum value which results in 5% yield.

Needs a migration script. All oil deposits below 10% increase to 10%.

Oil yield is lower, but there seem to be much larger clusters of oil fields (~10 each) everywhere on the map.
Compared to 0.12 where I had tons of beacons with speed 3 modules around all pumpjacks and barely got enough oil, in 0.13 I never had much problems getting enough oil even with only speed 1 modules and no beacons.
So subjectively, there seems to be more than enough oil around.
