Total pain package - machines running on coal

I have been luving the .13 and I have always disliked being able to hand craft stuff.
I just found a no hand crafting mod and am really enjoying the new experience, but what's missing is the total Pain package.
does anyone know of a mod that makes all inserters run on coal ? how about the assembly machines and everything elce
the total Pain No electric power Steam Punk package.
if there is such a mod please let me know, and if there is no such mod any chance one could be made ?
