[0.13.2] Research button off screen [again]

This bug is resistant to the bug spray.
Steps to reproduce are below. Note that this works with any research that has description/flavor text and not just the one demonstrated in the linked pictures.
- Click a researched items that has an unresearch dependent. See: Step 1
- Click the unresearched dependent through the tech tree! NOT in the left sidebar. See: Step 2
- The research button is off screen on the now selected dependent. Step 3

I have seen the same. I believe might be a resolution issue? My screen is only 1680*1024..
