So I just installed Factorio From steam, and I got this weird pop up when I was building a drill. I havent not foun lua:390 on the forum so I am posting it out there.
Once I clicked OK it kicked me out of the game completely.

I am running Win10 most upto date. I am still doing the campaign mode this is the 3 one where you meet the boilers for the first time.

Hope you can help, because I can't do anything from here, it keeps repeating itself.

Where do I get the save file when its all downloaded on steam?

Same place as when not using steam:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\saves

Open file manager and type %appdata%\Factorio\saves

Great. While you're waiting for the devs to fix it, you can just restart the level. It's a rare bug so hopefully it won't happen again.

It seems like you started the level with 0.12 version, then you updated and continued in 0.13.

Just start the level over in 0.13 and it will work fine.
