Finish the game achievement unlocked in the game not steam

I unlocked Finish the game achievement only in the game, but not on steam... what should i do?
Loaded a map saved with factorio 0.12.22 in 0.13.0 and launched rocket with satellite, achievement unlocked only in the game

Did you get multiple achievements in game when you finished it?
You may be affected by the bug I posted:
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=27706
There is a workaround for you there at the bottom.

Some achievements can only be unlocked from a new game

but those achievements are marked with that written on them, plus i unlocked it on factorio, no way to unlock it again...
now i'll check that other topic

Sadly, this appears to be a bug with these achievements, and it's not because of multiple achievements earned at the same time like I initially thought.
From the looks of things, it's affecting everybody - nobody is getting the game finished achievements
