[0.13.1] Electric grid fails to disconnect

On a map I am playing I found that the electric grid does not disconnect when deleting the steel electric pole on the hazard concrete. I have placed an deleted it several times.
I have tried saving, and reopening the save, restarting the game and then loading, and also activating some of the machines. The grid seems to think that it is still connected but I checked and there is no wire connection anyplace. I did not see a similar problem anyplace but I could be wrong.

I am running on the following :
OS : Windows 10 Home
Processor : AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon Graphics (2.00 GHz)
RAM : 4 GB
