[0.13.1] Advanced electronics unavailable in "A new hope 2"

Got this problem 3 out of 3 times and don't really know how to proceed. It's not the research button missing, the tech is just red.
I have the same problem. I played the mission 2 times. But no Button for the research.
In the normal game we need oil industry and plastic research for advanced electronics. But here I don't find the research for them.
Please fix it.
