Who is in charge of the modding portal?

Hi there!
As the title says: Who manages the modding portal? It is factoriomods.com, right? If so, I have some trouble with it, which I would like to discuss with the owner.

The new one built into the game? I think that's the Factorio Developers.

No, factoriomods.com is dead. The new one is at mods.factorio.com (still work in progress) and managed by the devs themselves.

If you have trouble with it you should post them in the new
Mod portal discussion subforum.
