[0.13.1 & 0.13.0] Crash during save load

Hi!
Yesterday I upgraded Factorio to 0.13.0 and worked well (so well! )
Today i switched it off and upgraded to 0.13.1 - game crashed while loading saved game. After downgrade to 0.13.0 still crashes.
