new mods

perhaps this is in wrong topic but i dont know where els i have to put this...
i do not see on this site new mods beeing added... for v13....
i do see a option ingame for adding new mods and ingame instal...
but where do i find these mods on a website...
i wanna see pictures befor instaling a mod and prevent my game from getting corrupt
1 , 2 or 3 lines of tekst is not enough
would be nice if there was a link ingame -> mods that would bring me to a site with pictures or what ever
