I thought you wanted to fix this in 0.13 ...?

That is working properly. Every other item goes to the other side but you're feeding in perfect balances of items so they feed out like that.

It is not working properly, I'm expecting it to use both lanes on the output belts just like the input belt. In fact you just described why it isn't working properly, so why was it not changed to split each lane separately?
