[Mod Portal] Can only select single tag per mod

As per the title, I can only select a single category for my mod. My mod makes fluid handling easier, so I want to tag it Transportation, Logistics, Utility, Oil, and Storage, but the site only allows me to choose one.

Yeah the mod portal needs some work still...
I also have several mods that should be under multiple categories but right now it's limited to one.
