Hi,

When I need to search small things like GOG, RSO, ... the search or advenced search of the forum returns nothing. It is a pain as a simple forum user, and an real pain as a moderator (because most people just don't use search functions, and 80% of moderators job is being a frontend to search function

).

So I need to be able to search 3 char strings, and if possibly down to 2.

I looked already, why this changed half a year ago, cause AFAIK it is set to 3 and I use Dave's workaround.

That trick is also very useful to search into the FFFs, for example:

Yeah, that's already what I do, I even think I've been suggested that on this forum at some time
