[0.13.0]Radio vs Checkmark for Inserters' Circuits

Is this a bug? Inserters have a radio button instead of a checkmark for Enable/Disable when connected circuits. Like many other things such as belt, we should be able to disable that feature so we can have read-only inserters.

Thanks for the report,
It is more of a feature request, but it should not be hard to implement, but is not a priority right now
