Description of landfill item states, that it create grass.
Does it mean that you can fill large bodies of water with landfill and improve pollution absorbtion of area?

Landfilled tiles should absorb pollution like normal grass, but water actually absorbs slightly more pollution than grass so you'll be making the pollution situation slightly worse, not better.
