It comes up saying i havent purchased the game and that i need to buy it even though i have it on steam and on factorio.com it says my account is linked with my steam account, anyone help?

i have this game on steam ,also my facotorio account is linked with my steam account,but my Membership is still free,I think this is the main problem,(English is not my mother tongue; please excuse any errors on my part.)
