Achievements not correctly synchronised between game & steam

I loaded a 0.12 save, started with getting run over train achievement. But 0 achievements gotten on steam. Tried getting run over by a train and see if it worked on steam, no still not getting an achievement.
Received the achievements for red circuit production 1 and iron plate 1. Also got those on steam.
Completed the game by launching rocket, got achievement ingame. Not on steam.
