[Request] Mod update please

Could anyone please do an unofficial update of [MOD 0.12.11+] Smarter Chests (requester/storage hybrid) please? No changes on the mod since february and the mod is broken now.

Bit of a edit: The chest can now be placed anywhere, even on top of other entitites, once placed it cannot be opened or picked up again.
