[0.12.33][MP] Wrong message on version mismatch

When a 0.12.33 client tries to connect to a 0.12.29 "server", the error messages on both sides of the connection are very confusing. The 'client' says:
Due to the nature of these error messages, I first searched for a network integrity error (the server is ~7 feet away from me physically) before realizing that my Steam client had autoupdated while the server, of course, had not.
Now that the Steam client autoupdates, I think it's probably time for a "version mismatch" error message to be added.
The headless server says:Couldn't establish network communication with server.
