On dual way tracks signals have to exactly opposite of each other, there cant be any "leaks" in the blocks. When u have signals like those i marked the train will consider those blocks one way and trains do not go against such signals.

Generally speaking when u have two track network, its better to make the network consisting of one way tracks with the exception of station branches those can be dual way. The reason one way tracks for the main network is preferred there is less chance on deadlocks and has a higher capacity, in your setup its possible that two trains select the same track from the other end end and meet each other head on in the middle separated by a pair of signals. If you want to keep the network dual way you have implement chain signals to make certain train only enter a block that they also can leave.
Thats also my second advice look into chain signals, i very strongly advice them around intersections and roundabouts to prevent trains from entering a intersection unless they can leave the intersection and thus preventing trains blocking other trains and creating a deadlock.
