Okay, it's not always coal, I am able to make iron, but when I try to make copper or stone by machine, I get coal (I can do it manually, but not automatically).
Where is my fault?

Are you taking stuff out of a burner mining drill with an inserter?

I don't know the english names, I got a mining device, which produces the right stuff, when I pick it up, it is copper or stone or whatever. When I am using the robot arm, it is no more copper or stone but always coal.

Right, you're taking the fuel out of the mining drill, not the mining result. Don't do it like this. The mining drill places the resulting item in front of it, you can pick it up from there or move it away with a belt to a more convenient location.

The tutorial should explain this better, people keep having trouble with it.
