Hello, im trying to create some own sprites for factorio, my problem is, that i cant seem to figure out the angle of view.. even tho im looking at the ingame sprites. It gives me a hard time to understand. Can anyone point out some key things i have to look at to get my sprite right?

What.. this is like a dream come true! I would have never thought of blender beeing used for the 2d animations.. 3d modeling in blender is my life. I thought, i had to dive into pixelart to get the stuff done, you just saved me many tears!

I'm trying to learn how to make sprites as well, though with Lightwave rather than Blender. Having trouble with making transparent GIFs, though. (individual sprites are properly transparent)
And yes, making and rendering 3D models is a much better way of making sprites than hand-drawing them.
