When I tried to create a new world, the game creation screen was half cut off and the game asked me to change a certain setting that was either off of the screen, or did not exist. I am using a windows 10 computer. Also, to attempt to fix the issue, I turned the HUD size up to 200% and went to try and create a new world once again. To my displeasure, this did nothing. When I went back to change the HUD size back to normal, I noticed that the confirm button in the graphics setting was cut off so that now I can no longer change the HUD size. Finally, when I went back to play on my world, the play button was cut off of the screen making my game physically impossible to play. If you know how to fix this, please help me.

Just recently, I don't know why but I can now create a new world. But the problem of the HUD size still exists. While in the new world, a tutorial box appears and I can not figure out a single button to X it out.

By default, the key is TAB, but you can change it in the options > Controls (it's the "Confirm Message" key)

What do you have in Options > Controls > "Confirm Message" key ?

Is there any way that I could just reset my game? I don't care about my other world but I don't want to pay for a second game of Factorio.

Sure, just change custom-ui-scale= in your config.ini, I assume the file is here.
