Inserter/Transport belt Replacement Tool (blue print style)

I would like to see a mod where I could select an area (like you do with blue print selections or destruction plans) where it would then start to replace the existing inserters/transport belts with the selected inserters/transport belts from your inventory or the logistic system.
Not sure if it is possible but would be nice to have to upgrade early factories to later stage factories which need higher throughput.
