[0.12.30] [kovarex] Odd-sized blueprint shifts when rotated

Description:
When rotating a blueprint that has an odd size (for example 1x1 or 3x3) the blueprint is shifted by 1 or 2 tiles.

Reproduction scenario:
  1. Have a burner-inserter and a blueprint in your inventory (for example, start a new game with this mod).
  2. Select the burner inserter and hover it over the map.
  3. Rotate the burner inserter 4 times (notice that the burner inserter ghost is centred under your cursor and stays on the same tile).
  4. Place the burner inserter.
  5. Create a blueprint of that burner inserter.
  6. Select the blueprint and hover it over the map.
  7. Rotate the blueprint 4 times (notice that the burner inserter ghost is not centred under your cursor and shifts 1 or 2 tiles).
Expected result:
Rotating a 1x1-sized blueprint of a single item should behave the same as rotating that single item itself.

Resolved for the next release (0.12.33): [0.12.32] Blueprint tiles overlapping/not working correctly
