not input flow.
but disable working if wrong type of fuel in it.
for example limit stone furnace to use only wood.

No. I don't think so. Currently it is simple system, if item has fuel value then it is recognized as fuel. There is no segregation for differend fuel types.

sadly, but i will do that throught recipe(will be special assembler, not furnace as i thought first).
may be even for my mod disable furnaces at all(replacing with analog with type of assembly machine), then burner and transport will work nice.

Adding fuel categories would be useful and not hard to do, we might do it someday soon.
