[0.12.29] [kovarex] Crash on load / Unkown Tile 95

After restarting PC, load from save file leads to
'Internal Error, Unknown tile 95' and refuses to load consistently. Same for auto saves, but older saves still work.
Restarting game leads to
'Unexpected Error' and crash report.
Disabled mods, restarted, renamed saves, all with same results.

Not sure about the crash,
But trying to load the save with or without Land results in the error:

Do you know what might have changed between when a save worked and stopped working? Can you reproduce the error with a good save?

There is invalid tile data in the middle of the chunk, I highly suspect system failure.
