[0.9.0] Copied Requester Chests don't work

Place two requester chests.
Set up some logistics for the first.
Shift-right click on the first.
Shift-left click on the second.
Notice that no bots bring the requested items to the second.
Change the logistics of the second.
Notice it works again.

Thanks for the report. This will be fixed in the 0.9.1.
